Nobody plants

Grass grows, nobody plants it

though?

Evergreen it sprouts

Roller-coaster rolls

Vehicles run, cattle cud

Humans trample

Gardener raises sickle sharp

Eyelids they close

Complaining voice at bay

Only to return on sunshine

To make hay!

Love grows, nobody plants it

though?

  2. It’s a matter of perspective 🙂
Grass or Love can grow & depends on how we see it.
Grass appears greener on the other side of the fence 🙂 Love too perhaps!

  4. I liked the whole building of the imagery all through the verse, Nisha. Love can grow based on the food it receives 🙂 Thought-provoking.
