A[l]titude

‘I know, I know, that was a regular at our home!!’
Indian, Italian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Arabic…
She can cook them all;
Sculpting, books, cinema, pottery, drawing…
She’s done them all and
Claims to have invented latest forms, too
When shown proof of technique already existing
She acts busy or is too tired to listen;
Introduce experts of field
‘Oh I could train them’;
After a time, we switch off…
Attitude makes you confident
But
Overdoing it is offensive
Altitude of your attitude matters
Hold it at arms’ length
If you care for company!

  5. Showing off too much can really make a person turn a blind’s eye to the talent! Really, it feels so artificial and irritating when people cant stop bragging about themselves!
